Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery within the U.S.

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days from order date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Delivery times are estimated to be 7-14 business days from ship, however, please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order in advance to allow for unplanned delays.

All address errors must be reported 24 hours after purchase

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS?

Each order takes 3-5 business days to process. Standard shipping turnaround times apply.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR EDITS TO MY ORDER AND / OR ADDRESS?

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address and double check your information. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGES TO ADDRESS once order is submitted. If you find there is a mistake, we will cancel your order and issue a store credit so that you may re-purchase your items.

 

When your order has shipped, your tracking number will automatically be issued via email.

 

Once your order has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders Tracking Information please contact UPS directly with your Tracking ID
